Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your costume’s journey!

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your costume fits perfectly!

Conditions for Magical Returns

To keep the magic alive for everyone, returned items must:

• Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Have intact original packaging
• Include all accessories (wands, glasses, jewelry, etc.)
• Show no signs of wear, makeup, or alterations

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• 80’s Leg Warmers (intimate apparel category)
• Any costume items that have been worn
• Customized or altered costumes
• Items without original tags and packaging

Refund Information

• Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after we process your return
• What’s Refunded: Cost of returned items + original shipping (if entire order returned)
• Not Refunded: Return shipping costs + original shipping on partial returns
