We want you to be completely spellbound by your costume! If something isn’t quite right, our return process is as easy as saying “Accio refund!”

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your poodle skirt fits perfectly or your Death Eater mask is properly menacing.

Conditions for Magical Returns

To keep the magic alive for everyone, returned items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Have intact original packaging
  • Include all accessories (wands, glasses, jewelry, etc.)
  • Show no signs of wear, makeup, or alterations

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following magical items cannot be returned:

  • 80’s Leg Warmers (intimate apparel category)
  • Any costume items that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Customized or altered costumes
  • Items without original tags and packaging
