Return & Exchange Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your 50’s costume fits perfectly or your Harry Potter robes are exactly as magical as you envisioned.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • All accessories (wands, glasses, jewelry) must be returned
  • Items must not show any signs of wear, makeup, or alterations

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 80’s Leg Warmers (intimate apparel category)
  • Any costume items that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Customized or altered costumes
  • Items without original tags and packaging

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 24 hours, our customer service team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any special instructions for your specific items

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely in the original packaging and ship to:

Since we ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia), international customers are responsible for:
